Bishop and Missionary Tulloch
Pastor and First Lady Tulloch
Suffragan Bishop George Winston Tulloch was born and raised in Jamaica. His parents were devoted Christians who instilled Christian values within him at an early age. Bishop Tulloch migrated to Canada in 1966, where he began attending a Holiness Pentecostal church in Toronto. He was called by God and was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and filled with the Holy Spirit in the year 1966.
Bishop Tulloch served faithfully under the Late Bishop L. W. Bryan and the Late Bishop F. H. Davey. In 1984, he was ordained as an Elder by the Late Bishop F. H. Davey, and sent to become the Shepherd of the Brampton United Church. In April 2003, the church’s name was changed from the Brampton United Church to Eternal Life Apostolic Ministries.
Bishop Tulloch has a passion for souls and he strives to live as well as teach a lifestyle of holiness. He has been married to his wife First Lady Missionary Noriel Tulloch for 47 years and is the proud father of three children.
Missionary Noriel Tulloch is the president of the Women’s department and founder of “Impact Unto Me’ Women’s services. She is the wife of Suffragan Bishop G.W. Tulloch, overseer of Eternal life Apostolic Ministries. They are the proud parents of three remarkable children and nine grandchildren.
Missionary Tulloch is actively involved in the church and community as a mentor and educator. As a graduate of the Humber College Applied Arts and Technology Health and Science program, she maintained a longstanding profession as a registered nurse. Senior PastorAs the Minister of Music I am here to cultivate a lifestyle of worship and praise in the people of God. The Bible says “let everything that has breath praise the Lord”, so as long as we are living we have a mandate to praise and exalt the name of the Lord. The Bible also states that God is looking for true Worshipers to worship Him in spirit and in truth. Praise and worship places us in God’s presence. At Eternal Life Apostolic Ministries we aim to bring you into praise and worship through the gift of Music. We invite you to come with us and experience God’s richest Blessings as we blend our voices together in praising and worshiping Him. I look forward to seeing you. God Bless!Team Members
